Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Calibr ("we", "us") handles the personal information you give us when you join the Calibr waitlist at joincalibr.com. We are based in Australia and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can reach us any time at support@calibrhq.com.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Your name and email address (required).
• Optional details you add — for athletes: primary goal, discipline, training experience, where you train, and any notes; for coaches: discipline, years coaching, qualifications, where you coach, and any notes.
• Basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the page (e.g. your IP address is processed by our bot-protection provider; see “Cookies and third parties”).

Please don't submit sensitive information (such as health details) in the free-text fields — they aren't needed to join the waitlist.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your information solely to contact you about Calibr early access and to understand who is interested in the product. You provide this information, and consent to this use, by submitting the form. Our waitlist emails identify us as the sender and include an unsubscribe option, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We do not sell your personal information.

Where it's stored and who can access it

Your submission is recorded in a Google Workspace spreadsheet and a notification is emailed to our team. Only authorised Calibr personnel can access it. Our service providers (below) may store or process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. We rely on a small number of trusted providers:

• Google LLC — Workspace, Sheets, and email for storing waitlist entries and notifications. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Turnstile sets a strictly-necessary security cookie and processes limited technical data to tell humans from bots. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until our early-access onboarding is complete, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. After that we delete it or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing support@calibrhq.com. If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Children

The Calibr waitlist isn't directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Calibr develops. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let waitlist members know.
