Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

This policy explains how Calibr ("we", "us") handles the personal information you give us when you join the Calibr waitlist at joincalibr.com, and the business contact information we collect from public sources as described below. We are based in Australia and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can reach us any time at support@calibrhq.com.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

Please don't submit sensitive information (such as health details) in the free-text fields; they aren't needed to join the waitlist.

Business contact information we collect from public sources

Separately from the waitlist, we sometimes identify coaches who may be interested in Calibr's founding-coach program by reading public sources, such as app store review feeds and public social media business pages. Where a coach has conspicuously published a business contact (for example an email address on a public business profile), we may record: the name or handle, that business contact, a link to the page where it appears, the date we saw it, and a short note about the coaching business.

We use this information only to send a small number of individually written messages about the founding-coach program. Every message identifies us, says where we found your details, and includes a simple way to opt out. Opting out on any channel stops contact on all channels, permanently. We delete this information within 6 months if we have not contacted you, and immediately on request. We never buy contact lists, never guess email addresses, and never collect from private or logged-in pages.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your information solely to contact you about Calibr early access and to understand who is interested in the product. You provide this information, and consent to this use, by submitting the form. Our waitlist emails identify us as the sender and include an unsubscribe option, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We do not sell your personal information.

Where it's stored and who can access it

Your submission is recorded in a Google Workspace spreadsheet and a notification is emailed to our team. An allow-listed copy may also be sent to Calibr's application in Australia. The application uses the email address in transit to create a one-way hash, then stores that hash with any name, audience, source and campaign attribution you supplied. It does not store your raw email address or free-text answers in the application database. If you later create a Calibr account, we may link the waitlist record to your internal account ID and record when that conversion happened. Only authorised Calibr personnel can access these records. Our service providers (below) may store or process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. We rely on a small number of trusted providers:

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until our early-access onboarding is complete, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. After that we delete it or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing support@calibrhq.com. If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Children

The Calibr waitlist isn't directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Calibr develops. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let waitlist members know.
